Patient Experience Coordinator

As a dedicated customer support specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional assistance to clients. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, address their queries, and arrange suitable appointments with our esteemed team of specialists.
Your duties will include:
- Liaising with customers to plan and implement tailored services
- Scheduling appointments to meet the unique needs of each client
- Managing a high volume of inquiries, appointments, and non-appointment services
- Providing administrative and operational support to consultant practitioners
- Offering information and advice to customers, or prospective customers
- Performing other tasks assigned to the customer support team, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared objectives
Key requirements for this position include:
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
- Personal approach characterized by enthusiasm, friendliness, and helpfulness
- Strong prioritization skills, combined with flexibility and adaptability
- Attention to detail is essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) is required
