Job Summary

This high-profile leadership role requires a strong strategic thinker to manage the Health, Safety, Security and Emergency Management (HSS) team effectively. The team is responsible for delivering services to operational customers across a significant project portfolio.

  • Lead a capable team to develop and implement effective HSS strategies and practices.
  • Establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with peers to define and standardize processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

You will have the opportunity to build capability within HSS through coaching, mentoring, and advising on strategy, systems, and procedures.

The role involves supporting projects with diverse teams and covering various operations.

About You

A seasoned leader with expertise in developing others is required. Key skills include:

  • Over 10 years of experience in HSS or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Well-developed professional technical expertise in one or more HSS areas.

A tertiary degree in health, safety, security and emergency management or a related field is essential.
