We're currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Member to join our team in this exciting opportunity. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring that our customers have an outstanding experience when shopping with us.

About the Role

This is a part-time position working on Friday Afternoon (4pm - 9pm), Saturday Afternoon (4pm - 9pm) and Sunday Afternoon (4pm - 9pm). You'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, answering queries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

You'll also be required to rotate through various areas of the store, including customer service desks, checkouts, and stockrooms, to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experiences.

Requirements and Qualifications
