About the Role- Partner with senior leaders to deliver high-quality financial planning, reporting, and management accounting.
- Analyse large datasets and develop financial models to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support the delivery of strategic capital projects through robust forecasting, reporting, and financial advice.
- Provide guidance and training to project managers and business leaders on financial systems and interpretation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, auditors, and grant agencies to ensure compliance, accuracy, and transparency.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field (CPA/CA highly regarded).
- Proven experience in budgeting, management accounting, and financial reporting.
- Advanced financial modelling and ERP system skills.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and collaboration skills.
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline (CPA/CA highly regarded).
