About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team at Volkswagen Group Australia (VGA). As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for leading and owning the talent acquisition function for the Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the organization.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating job requisitions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR Business Partners, to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, job descriptions, and interview guides.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, including requesting employment contracts and providing necessary information for HR Coordinator and IT teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field, with a strong understanding of HR technology systems.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • High level of computer literacy, including a sophisticated use of HR technology systems.
  • A willingness to question the status quo and enthusiasm to impact change and drive process improvement.
