The Women's and Children's Health Network is seeking an Aboriginal Clinical Health Worker/Aboriginal Health Worker to join their team at MYH South OPS4. This is an exciting opportunity to work with Aboriginal young people and their families, providing high-quality health care services and supporting the development of partnerships with community groups and health professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver specialized health care services to Aboriginal young people and their families.
- Support and provide guidance to team members on culturally appropriate interventions.
- Contribute to the development of partnerships and collaborative initiatives with community groups, health professionals, and organizations.
To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to work under general direction, prioritize and organize workloads, and problem-solve and resolve conflict. You will also have knowledge of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander cultures, including family and community obligations.
