As a Customer Experience Leader, you will be responsible for inspiring and motivating your team to deliver exceptional results and implement operational efficiency across the region.
You will lead a high-performing team of store managers and associates, empowering them to make informed decisions and drive business outcomes through clear planning and direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of store managers and associates to achieve business objectives and deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Embed a culture of customer excellence and operational efficiency across the region
- Collaborate with partners to ensure consistent store experiences across the region
- Empower store managers to drive results through clear planning and direction
- Advocate for positive change and lead the team on how they can make a meaningful impact on our projects worldwide
