Trainer/Assessor Role

We are seeking a qualified Trainer/Assessor to deliver high-quality training and support to students in the HLT37215 Certificate III in Pathology Collection.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.

About the Role
  • Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions that foster an inclusive environment for active student participation and critical thinking.
  • Coordinate simulations and placements, conduct regular supervision, and guide students in applying theoretical knowledge to practical industry settings.
  • Implement fair assessment strategies, monitor and evaluate educational programs to enhance effectiveness, and provide recommendations for ongoing improvement.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance teaching and industry skills.
Key Selection Criteria
  • Possess Cert III or Cert IV in Pathology Collection or vocational competencies at least to the level of the qualification delivered.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110, TAE40122, or TAE40116).
  • Evidence of recent VET and industry professional development activities.
