Job Title: Healthcare Training Specialist

AICE has been providing quality training and assessment services to students entering the healthcare sector for many successful years. Our goal is to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their chosen career.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and assess Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance, including marking assessments.
  • Conduct workplace assessments.
  • Participate in the review and development of training course materials.
  • Maintain vocational competency and currency.
  • Contribute to ongoing continuous improvement processes such as validation and industry engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • Accredited qualification in Allied Health.
  • Previous experience in course facilitation.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office suite).
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a varied work role.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work within a team and follow direction.
  • In-depth understanding of ACWA regulatory guidelines and standards.
