Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000-$70,000 per annum, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Operate various machinery across the signage production department, ensuring efficient production and meeting deadlines.
  • Layup sign faces and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Conduct quality control checks and ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Maintain clear communication with production coordinators, team leaders, and other team members to meet commitments and targets.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Sign making experience preferred, but not essential as training will be provided.
  • Manual handling experience and ability to lift heavy equipment.
  • Machine operation skills, including wide format digital printers, CNC routers, pressure applicators, and hand tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills and professional presentation.
