Senior Solution Consultant

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading strategic consulting and solution design initiatives for Master Data Management (MDM) engagements across Australia and New Zealand.

They will analyze and map clients' business requirements, processes, and objectives, and develop necessary product modifications to meet clients' needs.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Design and configure MDM solutions including strategic consulting for MDM engagements
  • Perform solution outlining and gather requirements for MDM projects
  • Support pre-sales activities for MDM opportunities
  • Design the MDM application using MDM tools and implement solutions with a team of business consultants and delivery partners
  • Participate in SME reviews of MDM opportunities and engagements
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle and facilitate analysis and design workshops
  • Provide architectural and technical input for project definition estimation and delivery
  • Write review and approve technical specifications and configurations ensuring alignment with customer requirements and standards
  • Conduct technical reviews of solutions develop best practices and provide feedback for product improvement

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of proven experience in the software industry preferably in Master Data Management and/or Information Management
  • Over 10 years of experience in MDM and reference data management or related technologies
  • Proven experience as a solution consultant for MDM or Information Management engagements
  • Successful track record in MDM consulting solutioning implementation and pre-sales
  • Experience in Phase-0 activities such as blueprint and roadmap development
  • Ability to identify and implement best practices tools and standards
  • Strong project management skills and familiarity with application development methodologies
  • Knowledge of MDM frameworks lifecycle and data modeling
  • Understanding of EIM components and processes
  • Knowledge of Data Quality Management processes within MDM
  • Mentorship skills for client teams
  • Experience in product development companies system integrators or consulting organizations is beneficial
