The primary objective of this position is to contribute to the achievement of Allianz's Outperformance Claims Strategy objectives by assisting the Underwritten Workers Compensation Claims Team to achieve better than market claims performance.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure effective portfolio management through proactive contribution to target setting analysis and monitoring of portfolio performance/trends and recommendation of strategy to improve performance.
- Analyse monthly and quarterly reports and report on trends and observations.
- Maintain awareness of industry developments/trends that will impact portfolio performance.
- Support teams in the development and execution of claims performance plans.
- Support teams in achieving outperformance across the Underwritten Workers Compensation Business.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or industry accreditations.
- Understanding of relevant regulatory and/or legislative compliance requirements that impact the organisation.
- Experience in developing claims strategy through to execution.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with diverse team members.
- Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and empower people to develop individual and team potential.
