About the Role

Coral Homes is seeking a highly driven and motivated individual to join our professional HSEQ team as an HSE Advisor. This role will cover the Sunshine Coast region and is responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our construction teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct mandatory HSE inspections and document findings
  • Implement and train site staff on HSE management systems and processes
  • Provide HSE advice to company officers and construction teams
  • Assess and monitor subcontractor performance and compliance
  • Represent the company at industry HSE forums
Requirements
  • Minimum Cert IV in Workplace Health and Safety
  • Scaffolding licence preferred
  • Minimum 3 years' experience at a senior level in a similar role
  • Industry exposure essential (building and construction)
