Key Responsibilities:

  • Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
  • Assist in creating a safe and engaging environment that meets the needs of children and families
  • Prepare play and learning materials for daily activities

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Genuine interest in a long-term career in early childhood education
  • Australian citizen or permanent resident
  • Willingness to commit to a 12-month traineeship program
  • No previous formal qualifications (in any field)
  • Willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check or state equivalent
