Early Childhood Educator Role

We seek a qualified, passionate professional to design and implement high-quality kindergarten programs catering to the unique needs and interests of young learners.

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing engaging, challenging learning experiences promoting cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement curriculum programs that align with the National Quality Framework and relevant state regulations.
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment encouraging active participation and exploration.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the planning, preparation, and implementation of educational programs that enhance teaching and learning.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress identifying areas of strength and weakness, adjusting teaching practices accordingly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • ACECQA-approved teaching qualification (Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent).
  • Hold or have an interest in obtaining a Teacher's Registration where applicable.
  • A current and State relevant Working with Children's Check.
  • Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain upon commencement).
