Weekend Reception Support Role

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to support our front desk on Saturdays.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable administration skills and enhance your customer service communication while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer telephone calls professionally and direct them to the relevant person.
  • Take messages promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service and greet walk-in clients warmly.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service across all interactions.
  • Assist with tasks including reception, printing, banking, and light kitchen duties.
Requirements:
  • A professional telephone manner and friendly face-to-face presence.
  • Previous reception or retail/hospitality customer service experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
  • A willingness to help others and be part of a team.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential for this role.
