Saturdays Gymnastics Front Desk Champion

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating genuine relationships with our clients.
The role involves greeting and welcoming parents and children, making each client feel valued and part of our community.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area at all times.
- Providing administrative support as required.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in a reception or front office position.
- A professional attitude and appearance.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one.
We are seeking a reliable, punctual and articulate individual with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. If you are a team player with excellent phone manners, we would love to hear from you.
This is a casual position working 8 hour shifts on Saturdays.
Ideal candidates will have strong English language skills and experience in customer service and reception roles.
