The Role of a Customer Experience Designer
We are seeking an experienced CX Designer to join our team in Melbourne, Australia. As a key member of our digital performance team, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of marketing functions and play an advocacy role for the customer.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing, delivering, and reporting on a customer experience management program of work
- Developing key artifacts such as journey maps, service design blueprints, and personas
- Establishing an innovative best practice approach to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Required skills and qualifications:
- Experience designing, delivering, and reporting on a customer experience management program of work
- Proficiency in using technology to improve the process and performance of marketing activity
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage defined audience segments to deliver on customer acquisition, retention, and engagement objectives
- Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud (or equivalent) and its applications in designing and building complex digital experiences
