Dynamic Event Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Dynamic Event Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional event experiences that exceed our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, pack down, and reset event spaces to perfection.
  • Facilitate seamless event experiences through meticulous planning and collaboration with primary contacts.
  • Provide world-class service, building genuine connections and understanding unique requirements for each booking.
  • Work collaboratively with the cafe team to arrange event catering and beverages.
  • Adapt throughout the day to lend a hand when required, supporting client requests and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in high-end hospitality or customer service environment.
  • Passion for quality authentic service and ability to maintain poise in fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management skills, keen eye for detail, and polished written and verbal communication skills.
