As a key member of our venue management team, we are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to fill the role of Assistant Venue Coordinator.

Job Description

The Assistant Venue Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Venue Manager in daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Venue Manager in day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service delivery during peak periods.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a management or coordination role.
  • Possession of RLMV & Approved Managers License.
  • CLO certification desirable but not essential.
