About The Role

This role is part of the Product Development and Improvement (DPI) team and works closely with the Quality Assurance Co-Ordinator. Would suit someone looking to move from a quality control inspector and wanting to develop their skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Prepare procedures and work instructions in accordance with ISO9001
  • Produce clear and accurate documentation
  • Check products to technical drawings and specifications
  • Collating, updating, and naming files
  • Reviewing spreadsheet information and ensuring it is presented in a consistent format.
  • Preparing correspondence for the Quality Assurance Co-Ordinator.

Essential

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Two years of relevant quality experience
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
  • Physical requirements (standing for extended period, lift heavy objects, repetitive tasks)

Well regarded/desirable
  • Formal quality or mechanical qualifications
  • Experience in metal working
