About the Role

Karbon, a leading practice management software provider, is seeking a skilled Senior Marketing Strategist to develop go-to-market strategies and drive growth.

This role involves leading launches of new product features, building narratives across the customer lifecycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize adoption and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for new and existing Karbon features
  • Delivering sales enablement and internal education to drive demand, adoption, and success of the overall Karbon product and features
  • Leading go-to-market activities for all product launches and feature releases to maximize adoption and drive brand awareness
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Marketing teams
  • Conducting competitive, market, and buyer research to inform positioning and collateral
  • Maintaining intelligence on competition and industry trends

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with:

  • 5+ years experience in marketing, product marketing, or product roles (SaaS preferred)
  • Knowledge of the accounting industry and/or accounting technology ecosystem
  • Skills to make announcements impactful
  • A knack for finding creative ways to take new features to market
  • The ability to work across different teams and functions
  • An ability to analyze data and use it to understand customer needs
  • Content and copy skills — great with words and adaptable writing style
