Key Responsibilities- Accountable for overall operations of location (warehousing, logistics, inventory).
- Direct and manage custom application work.
- Oversee field activities, equipment scheduling, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, leverage of technology, and improved service within the distribution.
- Lead and develop a high performing team to meet goals and work with a cross functional mindset.
- Provide customer service for internal and external customers.
- Ensure that a safe working environment is maintained at all times by enforcing company standards and following up on regular safety inspections.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in production agricultural or retail crop input industry.
- Knowledge of farm equipment technology preferred.
- Willingness to travel to include market areas in other states.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan and long-term incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary payout of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee. Details will be discussed through the application process.
