About the Position

In the role of Field Service Technician, you will operate independently to ensure our customers receive an outstanding experience by activating and managing telecommunications and technology products and services, whether in residential or commercial settings.

You will be an integral part of a diverse team, working collaboratively to achieve optimal customer satisfaction and commercial results in line with our corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide seamless service rectification and product installations, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct maintenance and installation of copper cables, including fault diagnosis, jointing, jumpering, and networking.
  • Manage and maintain Fibre network technology, Core network technology, and Data services.
  • Oversee Customer Premises Equipment maintenance and installation for both residential and commercial clients.
  • Perform fault diagnosis over copper networks in rural or remote areas.

Qualifications:

Applicants must possess and maintain the necessary licenses and qualifications as mandated by regulatory authorities, along with a valid driver's license.

  • Certificate III in Telecommunications
  • Open cabling license
  • Traffic management qualifications
  • Industry white card
