Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Facility Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing workshop drawings, technical reports, and Bill of Quantities.

The ideal candidate will have a BSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and at least 3 years of hands-on experience in tendering. They should also possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to plan work on-site to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tender Preparation
    • Prepare and review workshop drawings, technical reports, and Bill of Quantities
    • Study project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.)
  • Site Management
    • Responsible for all site interior and exterior finishing works
    • Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
  • Project Coordination
    • Ensure the site is supplied with all documentation, methods, and material needed to carry out the works
    • Cost breakdown for project items
