The Program Manager will spearhead and deliver strategic research, development, and adoption activities nationwide for the sheep and beef industries. The successful candidate will lead the Australian red meat industry Sustainability R&D team, delivering a national R&D strategy for the sheep and beef industries.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Australian red meat industry Sustainability R&D team.
- Engage with livestock producers, research providers, and the innovation landscape.
- 10+ years of experience in R&D program management involving beef cattle and sheep in feedlot and/or grazing systems.
- Strong knowledge of statistics, experimental design, business case development, and opportunity assessment.
- Demonstrated achievement in delivering outcomes that benefit sustainability and profitability.
