Job Overview

About the Role

You will provide personal care services, including assistance with daily living activities, social support, light cleaning, and transportation to appointments and other engagements.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. As a trainee, you will also have the opportunity to study towards a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) while being paid.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care services to clients or residents, including assistance with daily living activities, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Offer social support to help individuals maintain relationships and engage in community activities.
  • Assist with light cleaning tasks, such as laundry and basic household maintenance.
  • Transport individuals to appointments, shopping, and other engagements.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a caring attitude. A Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
