Caregiver Trainee

About the Role

As a Caregiver Trainee with ACA, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to residents at Estia Health. Your tasks will include assisting with daily living activities, supporting individuals with meals, engaging in activities, and providing a warm welcome to family and visitors.

We offer a unique opportunity for personal growth and development, combining on-the-job training with a Certificate III in Individual Support. This paid traineeship provides a competitive salary of $25-$30 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications. You will work a minimum of 15 hours per week over set shifts, with opportunities for additional hours.

• Flexibility and adaptability, as no two days are the same;
