**About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to join our team at KBH Solutions. As a Payroll Analyst, you will play a critical role in reviewing, recommending, and implementing changes to payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data reconciliation between payroll systems to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Conduct regular audits of payroll data to identify variances and discrepancies.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to provide insights into payroll data.
  • Review and recommend payroll process changes to ensure compliance with legal obligations.
  • Provide detailed reporting of payroll variances and discrepancies to stakeholders.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of employee data and backpay information.
  • Engage with stakeholders to provide payroll-related information and support.

**Requirements:

  • Experience with large transactional payroll systems.
  • Knowledge of EBAs, Awards, Payroll regulations, and data management.
  • Proficiency with data analytical tools such as MS Excel, MS PowerBI/Query, or other data software.
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on data accuracy and integrity.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex analysis and data to varying levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work to tight time frames and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • System knowledge in Kronos and Preceda.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Strong Excel skills.
