We are seeking dedicated professionals to play a key part in shaping the next generation of general practitioners by supporting their development throughout the entire training journey.

Job Description
  • Provide targeted support and education for GP registrars, guiding them from entry into the program through to fellowship via peer learning sessions, one-on-one support, and practice visits.
  • Collaborate with Training Coordinators, Program Support Officers, and external partners to ensure high-quality outcomes for registrars and practices.
  • Build strong relationships with registrars, supervisors, and practices, tailoring support to local needs for optimal training and progress.
Requirements
  • RACGP fellowship (or equivalent) and a passion for medical education.
  • Hold current Australian specialist registration in general practice without addenda.
  • Experience in teaching or mentoring registrars, medical students or peers will be highly valued.

The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to medical education, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
