Chemical Sales Director APAC and Oceania

At BDP International, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Chemical Sales to lead our APAC and Oceania region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the chemical industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Take ownership of sales for an assigned list of multi-regional chemical companies in APAC and Oceania.
- Establish and maintain long-term business relationships with prospects and existing customers.
- Develop strategic solutions to reduce logistics costs and improve sales for current and new customers.
- Enhance customer relationships through contract renewal and extension, or issuance of a new RFP.
- Work closely with regional teams to share knowledge and best practices.
- Self-starter with a hunter mentality and a proven track record in international logistics.
- Minimum of five years of strategic sales and/or chemical logistics sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international logistics.
- Experience and existing relationships with large chemical companies preferred.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively network and influence prospects from senior to executive level.
- High degree of integrity and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
