We are seeking a skilled Pathology Collector to join our team at Healius, a leading healthcare company in Australia. As a Pathology Collector, you will play a vital role in collecting blood and non-blood samples from patients, ensuring high-quality healthcare services.

- Collecting samples with care and attention to detail
- Maintaining accurate records for every patient and sample
- Delivering documentation within strict turnaround times
- Preparing and packaging specimens for transport and testing
- Liaising with customers, clinic staff, and couriers

About You
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge in Phlebotomy or a healthcare background
- Transferable skills gained in other positions within the healthcare industry highly desirable
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a high level of empathy
- Organised, with strong time management and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously, sometimes working independently in a solo clinic
