We have partnered with a leading property investment company to find a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker and skilled communicator to drive the company's growth and success.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will oversee all financial, compliance, legal, and IT functions, ensuring operational excellence and shaping a high-performing culture. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive financial strategies, directing the financial planning process, and supervising all financial operations.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement innovative financial strategies aligned with industry trends and business objectives.
  • Lead the financial planning process, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
  • Oversee accounting, treasury, tax adherence, and regulatory compliance, ensuring precision, transparency, and compliance with accounting principles and regulatory standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with investors, financial entities, and stakeholders, effectively communicating financial performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
  • Identify potential risks and opportunities, deploying proactive strategies to mitigate financial risks.
  • Evaluate potential acquisitions or partnerships, leading due diligence efforts and financial assessments.
  • Lead the finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and cultivating a culture of excellence.
Requirements
  • More than 15 years of experience in accounting and finance at the level of FC or CFO.
  • A proven track record of successfully steering financial strategy, fundraising, and overseeing investor relations.
  • Extensive expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Outstanding abilities in analysis, strategic thinking, and resolving complex problems.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal finesse, and strong leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
