Senior Hospitality Manager

As a key member of our team, you will lead the day-to-day operations of hotel Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring excellent quality, guest, and employee standards are consistently met. Departmental revenue and profit goals will be your top priority.

  • Develop a positive and productive work environment by building, motivating, and leading an effective team that delivers results and is highly engaged.
  • Maintain high visibility in each outlet, monitoring service delivery and assisting in operations as required.
  • Take ownership of overall Food and Beverage operation, being responsible and accountable for every aspect of the Hotel's F&B outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage F&B Outlet Managers/Supervisors to ensure they perform duties and responsibilities to the standard required.
  • Ensure service standards are maintained and policies/procedures are upheld at all times.
  • Regularly report on outlet status and any activities influencing trade and operations.

Requirements:

  • Effective management of daily operations of Food and Beverage outlets.
  • Ensure safety of staff and patrons while on premises.
  • Implement Responsible Service of Alcohol policies.
  • Maintain hygienic food handling practices and cleanliness of waiting and bar staff areas.
