About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated superstar as a Full Time Front Office Supervisor. If you're ready to work in a fast-paced hotel/resort environment and collaborate with a passionate team, this is your opportunity to be part of something special.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring a seamless experience for our guests during their stay.
  • Work as part of our Front Office team to deliver outstanding service and ensure that service standards are maintained (including training and development of our team).
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork and growth.
  • Address guest enquiries and feedback with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Skills & Experience:

  • You'll have previous experience in a similar role and a willingness to learn new skills and step outside of your comfort zone.
  • You will be able to maintain your composure during peak moments.
  • You'll have exceptional customer service skills with a temperament to match.
  • You'll have the capability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • To work in Australia, one must either be an Australian resident or possess the necessary working rights as no sponsorships will be offered.
