Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing returned products in accordance with manufacturer's warranty and regulatory requirements.

  • Effectively diagnose and repair returned products in accordance with manufacturer's warranty and ACCC regulations.
  • Dismantle and reassemble product to make a diagnosis.
  • Perform breakdown repairs and preventative maintenance, delivering quality repairs within a timely manner.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in power tool products and equipment.
  • Continuously improve the warranty and service processes, looking for ways to streamline where possible.
  • Ensure product is working according to specifications outlined by the manufacturer.
  • Provide support and feedback to relevant departments.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as requested by management.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • A strong technical aptitude and keen interest in repairing electrical products.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work to set key performance indicators and self-manage time.
  • Excellent personal presentation and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and computer literacy.
