Junior Lawyer

This is a fulfilling career path for an ambitious and talented junior lawyer to work on high-profile matters in dispute resolution and litigation, tort claims, and administrative law.
The role involves collaborating with experienced lawyers and clients including government departments and agencies as well as private sector bodies.
- Dispute resolution and litigation, tort claims, and administrative law matters such as judicial review and merits review;
- Tort claims and/or administrative law would be advantageous;
You will have opportunities to develop and hone your technical legal skills, undertake client secondments, and business development activities, deepening your client relationship and networking skills.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 1-3 years PQE with a strong academic record;
- Experience accompanied by a sound technical understanding of litigation, dispute resolution gained in a reputable commercial law firm, Judge's Associateship or similar;
- Excellent time management skills, with the resilience and ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks across a busy practice;
- Demonstrated genuine interest in government, public policy, and the political landscape;
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills;
- A positive, team-player attitude with the ability and willingness to collaborate with others.
We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic who will utilise their initiative, has high attention to detail with a focus and commitment to provide outstanding service to their clients.
