We Are Seeking Junior Litigation Solicitors With 1-2 Years Of Post-admission Experience (PAE) In Any Of The Following Practice Areas Commercial litigation Criminal law Family law Taxation law This role is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, empathetic, and personable solicitor looking to advance their career in litigation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client matters with professionalism, diligence, and a client-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities Liaising with clients, agents, solicitors, barristers, and other relevant parties.
Obtaining instructions via email, telephone, and in-person conferences.
Drafting correspondence, court documents, and representing clients in court.
Conducting legal research and preparing well-reasoned legal advice.
Managing client relationships and workloads proactively.
Attend courts and tribunals.
Essential Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Smokeball is preferred.
Ability to work independently and under pressure while maintaining efficiency.
Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Fluency in Mandarin and Chinese is a MUST.
