Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate commercial goals into actionable content strategies that drive strong performance and align with our brand direction.
  • Create engaging content, optimize website features, and ensure effective category merchandising to enhance the shopping experience, driving sales and conversion rates.
  • Maintain product availability, ensuring content is aligned with commercial calendars and showcases relevant products.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to identify and test enhancements to content layout, navigation, and merchandising impact, driven by commercial and customer insights.
  • Analyze sales performance, web analytics, user behavior, and heatmapping to identify opportunities to boost digital sales, improve profit, enhance brand perception, and drive customer lifetime value.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or customer experience management.
  • Strong understanding of commercial goals and ability to translate them into digital content strategies that drive performance.
  • Strong data analysis skills with ability to derive actionable insights from web analytics, user behavior, sales data, and other digital metrics.
  • Passion for understanding customer needs and behaviors and ability to translate insights into effective actions that drive conversion and enhance customer satisfaction.
