We are seeking an experienced Data Governance Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the data governance framework.

This position offers an exceptional opportunity to drive transformational change and establish a robust master data management (MDM) framework that aligns with business needs. Your expertise will be instrumental in defining, enabling, and implementing modern data governance processes, including managing data catalog and MDM platforms.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and administer comprehensive data governance frameworks and processes
  • Develop and implement master data structures, naming conventions, business rules, and stakeholder engagement
  • Evaluate data quality, compliance, and operating procedures through collaboration with the business and IT systems teams
  • Oversee system used for processing master data business requirements
  • Drive the development of data governance and MDM framework, policies, and principles
  • Provide timely and concise reports/presentations to stakeholders on data governance, data privacy, and master data changes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working in large complex enterprise data environments
  • Strong background in MDM, data frameworks, change management, and data quality strategies
  • Proven track record in developing and administering MDM & DG frameworks & Processes
  • Familiarity with implementing data catalogue, master data platforms, and promoting their use
  • Working knowledge of Cloud ERP systems
