We are seeking a dynamic leader to drive delivery excellence across our P3M community through hands-on leadership, strategic influence, and practical uplift initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within the community to enhance delivery outcomes.
  • Develop and embed professional standards for the P3M delivery team.
  • Influence the development of project, program, and portfolio delivery capabilities.
  • Design and deliver capability uplift programs, including training material development and facilitation.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Professional qualifications in Project Management or Service Delivery.
  • 10+ years' experience in complex delivery environments.
  • Deep understanding of project and program methodologies.
  • Proven experience in capability building, coaching project staff, and delivering training programs.
