Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, volume, and market share.
- Lead and ensure the timely delivery of key brand activities as defined in the annual marketing plan.
- Deliver innovation projects to achieve a targeted innovation rate for the beverages and milk division.
- Bachelor of Commerce/Business (Marketing Major) or related field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in brand management or marketing within the FMCG industry, with a focus on executional elements and driving brand success.
- Proven budget management experience, with a demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively and optimize spending to achieve desired outcomes.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
