As a highly skilled Barista/All Rounder, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team. This role requires exceptional coffee skills, quick thinking and a steady hand to manage multiple areas including coffee, kitchen, floor and front-of-house.

About the Job:

  • Prepare high-quality drinks while maintaining a clean workflow
  • Manage a fast-paced coffee section without compromising standards
  • Multitask and prioritize orders efficiently
  • Reset equipment and manage cash handling with ease
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A solid amount of barista experience in a quality-focused, high-volume cafe environment
  • Confident manual milk production and shot skills
  • Strong conversation and communication skills
  • Australian resident status
  • Experience working FOH, on POS systems, and in general cafe operations
  • Flexibility with shifts, including weekends
  • RSA beneficial for employees
  • Food Safety certification or Supervisor certificate advantageous
  • Ability to adapt to new processes and take direction
