Lead Retail Sales Professional

This is a leadership role that involves coaching and mentoring a sales team to deliver exceptional in-store experiences. You will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve personal sales targets while guiding the team to meet store goals.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of retail experience, with a proven track record of achieving results in a fast-paced environment. They will also have experience in a team leadership or supervisory capacity, and be able to inspire a team to succeed.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager in leading the sales team and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Achieve personal sales targets while guiding the team to meet store goals.
  • Coach and mentor the sales team to improve their performance and knowledge.
  • Contribute to stock control, cash handling, rostering, compliance and store audits.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of retail experience.
  • Experience in a team leadership or supervisory capacity.
  • Ability to work within a 7-day roster including weekends and late trade.
