**Risk Manager Position**

Dexus is seeking a highly skilled Risk Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in systems engineering, IT, or GRC systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Risk Management: Facilitate risk assessment workshops and identify risks and controls.
  • Risk Reporting: Deliver timely and accurate risk reports to management and boards.
  • System Management: Operate and enhance the risk GRC system.
  • Data Analysis: Identify trends and opportunities from GRC system data.
  • Training: Train users on risk processes and manage vendor relationships.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Risk Management, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Risk Management is required. Experience in systems development, IT, or GRC systems is beneficial. Demonstrated experience in corporate risk and/or assurance roles within large, complex organisations is also necessary. Proficiency in system development or implementation, with data warehousing and dashboarding experience in MS PowerBI being a plus.
