Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Deputy Principal to join our school community, who can lead and inspire staff and students alike.

About the Role

The Deputy Principal will be responsible for driving academic excellence, delivering high-quality teaching and learning programs, and fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive improvement in teaching, learning, and classroom practice
  • Lead and design quality, inclusive teaching and learning programs
  • Build the capacity and manage the performance of individuals and teams
  • Plan and manage resources effectively and equitably to support teaching and learning
  • Commit to the Department's Aboriginal education policies

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven school curriculum leadership experience
  • Ability to strategically lead change that results in academic growth and high achievement
