All Saints Grammar, a dynamic PK–12 Greek Orthodox faith-based school, is seeking an exceptional educational leader to join our Executive Leadership Team as Deputy Head of School (PK–12) – Pedagogy, Curriculum & Professional Growth.

This is a pivotal opportunity for a visionary and experienced leader to help shape the future of teaching and learning across our whole school. Working closely with the Head of School, the successful candidate will drive strategic initiatives that foster academic excellence, innovation, and a deep commitment to faith-informed, student-centred education.

About the Role

The Deputy Head of School (PK–12) – Pedagogy, Curriculum & Professional Growth will:

Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of rigorous, evidence-informed pedagogy and curriculum from PK–12.

Champion a culture of high-impact teaching, reflective practice, and professional collaboration.

Mentor and support academic middle leaders, aligning their work with whole-school strategic goals.

Oversee staff professional learning, appraisal, and development, embedding a culture of continual growth.

Monitor and enhance student academic outcomes and wellbeing across all year levels.

Ensure best-practice compliance in curriculum, assessment, child protection, and other regulatory domains.

Communicate and promote the School's educational vision with families, staff, and external stakeholders.

This role is instrumental in delivering a cohesive and future-focused learning experience, underpinned by the rich heritage and spiritual values of our Orthodox Christian tradition.

What You'll Bring

Essential Qualifications & Experience

Postgraduate qualification(s) in Education (preferably with a focus on pedagogy, curriculum, or instructional leadership)

Demonstrated success in a senior educational leadership role, ideally in a PK–12 setting

Proven ability to lead change and improve student learning outcomes

Deep understanding of NESA Curriculum and Assessment Frameworks

Expertise in professional learning, coaching, and staff development

Strong knowledge of evidence-based teaching and educational research

Experience in student academic tracking and wellbeing oversight

Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills

Strategic and analytical mindset with creative problem-solving abilities

Experience working within a PK–12 environment

Flexibility and resilience in high-demand leadership contexts

Personal qualities of integrity, compassion, professionalism, and discretion

A strong alignment with the mission and values of a Greek Orthodox school
