Job Description

The Civil Infrastructure Modeler is a vital professional in the creation of Building Information Models (BIM) for major infrastructure projects.

This role involves collaboration with industry-leading engineers to design and develop compliant BIM models for complex civil infrastructure works.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively on multidisciplinary teams to design and develop BIM models for roads, earthworks, drainage, utilities, and wastewater and water services.
  • Utilize expertise in AutoCAD, 12d modelling, C3D drafting and modelling to create precise engineering design documentation.
  • Experience using Construction Data Environments (CDEs) such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), ProjectWise, and Synergy is highly desirable, along with an understanding of ISO19650 workflows.
  • Deliver high-quality BIM models that adhere to appropriate standards and procedures, requiring strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Establish solid relationships internally and with key stakeholders, working collaboratively to deliver optimal solutions for clients.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-8 years' experience in civil drafting and modelling with a sound design understanding in Civil Infrastructure works.
  • Proven experience in setting up and administering single and multi-disciplinary projects using various software.
  • Experience in leading design projects, collaborating with local and offshore team members, and excellent communication skills are highly valued.
