Lead Therapeutic Team

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our therapeutic team in delivering high-quality care to vulnerable children and young people.

  • Cultivate a positive and supportive work environment that fosters collaboration and growth among team members.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for managing complex behaviors and promoting resilience in staff and young people.
  • Promote a culture of open communication, empathy, and understanding within the team and with external stakeholders.

This role requires a unique blend of leadership skills, emotional intelligence, and expertise in trauma-informed practice.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervise and mentor a team of therapists, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent clinical outcomes.
  2. Collaborate closely with clinical teams to develop and implement person-centered care plans that address the diverse needs of young people.
  3. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including families, carers, and community services.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership role within a therapeutic setting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in trauma-informed practice, group dynamics, and conflict resolution.
