**About the Role**

We are seeking a team leader to support the implementation of our intensive therapeutic care program based locally. Our young people come from a background of trauma, and we are looking for people who will work with their strengths to see them thrive.

Under the direction of the manager, provide strong leadership and coordinate the operational requirements of the team on a day-to-day basis. The team leader ensures the provision of services and support to clients and families in line with our practice framework.
